Apartment scammers
I was lead to magdalenalozano.smugmug.com by answering an apartment advertisement on DBA. The ad had very little info and no pictures. I got an email response from "Magdalena" explaining that her centrally located apartment in Nørrebro is 6200DKK/month including all utilities and WiFi! Why not just go all the way and say the price includes a personal butler? The only pictures I ever got were on the website and they look like they are taken from a million dollar designer apartment in NYC. The website also had no information at all other than pictures of one apartment. I never got a response about an in person viewing of the apartment. The whole thing is a scam designed to get you to pay a deposit without ever seeing the apartment. My advice is, if an apartment seems too good to be true with low price and high quality design and space, then it probably is! Never pay any amount without seeing a physical apartment.
