Extremely disappointed, Never ever gonna buy gain
Horrendous. At absolutely no point in the future. Needed to purchase a sword from madswords for my accomplice's birthday, so I called a couple of shops to find out if it's sensible that it will be conveyed in time (called around 90 days ahead of time). Swordsandmore guaranteed me it'll be sent in close to a month from that point on and that it'll handily accompany me in time before the birthday. So I requested it. No reaction at all for a very long time. Then, at that point, I called again to get some information about the status. Unexpectedly the client assistance was fairly cautious and said they can't say when it will be there. Like absolutely something contrary to everything that they said to me the initial time. I felt a little uncomfortable yet at the same time had trust. So the birthday passed and practically one more month AFTER the birthday, we at last got a bundle - with some unacceptable sword. I resented that point and composed the shop an email, asking to some way or another make it dependent upon me. All I needed was to feel really focused on and treated in a serious way as a client. Anyway all through the many sends we traded, the client support NOT ONE TIME apologized for whatever occurred so far, rather sounded exceptionally annoyed and devensive in message, saying it's not their shortcoming but rather that of the stockpiling coordination group. Exceptionally amateurish. I attempted - despite the fact that furious - to stay unbiased and courteous. So with another work I sent some unacceptable sword back and requested them to basically send the right sword to me when I mail them the affirmation that the other blade was given to the mail center (to abbreviate the holding up time subsequent to being a month late to the birthday as of now) - no answer to that. Rather they just sent the right blade to me after they got the other - which required one more month altogether. So around 90 days after the fact than initially guaranteed. I'm for the most part a very quiet individual yet never have I encountered such a terrible web-based buy and client service. Another thing, a survey I composed on their shop website page for the item was rarely delivered. Amateurish and profoundly disheartening client care, I'll purchase there at absolutely no point in the future, nor will my companions.
