Steve, I am sorry you feel this matter is unresolved, however; We have responded via email and made several attempts to contact you . Also, because you mistakenly ordered only a lens and not a full set of goggles we did not process you order, nor did we charge you for anything. I am not sure what else we can do to correct the situation but we are willing to assist in any way possible. Please check your spam folder for our attempts to assist you.

I contacted this company regarding availability of a particular helmet for my son and they not only responded promptly, but were very helpful with finding the exact helmet we wanted. I also contacted them separately via social media regarding an event I recently saw them at with a discount code and they quickly responded. My son received his helmet and loves it! We’re very happy and will use this company again as we refresh our gear.
