My new iPad arrived in a timely manner. The outer box was very damaged on one side. The inner box containing the iPad was ok. The iPad seems fine. I wish there had been an itemized list of what came with the iPad. I expected headphones.

The sales person I worked with (Rudy) was very helpful and friendly. He even sent me a link to a video to review something before I purchased it. That was very helpful - I ended up buying what he was recommending as a result. My only gripe is that the sales and billing departments weren't connected and I got multiple calls, emails regarding the same topic. It got a little annoying. Other than that the experience was good and I am very pleased with my purchases.

Ordered Tuesday evening ... shipped Wednesday afternoon ... scheduled for delivery on Friday.

We had a rough road for a bit and a little hold up because a product was on back order. When I got to a customer service person that understood the situation, they went the extra yard and called and emailed me back within a day or so with an update. They then went overboard to make sure I was happy. This was a pain at first of course but worked out. My other purchases went as promised as expected. I am going to continue to do business with them and give them the opportunity to show one bad apple......
