After I ordered this 2 days ago, the status of my order simply says “in progress” This item wasn’t marked as being out of stock so what’s the hold up? I need it BEFORE Saturday and if it doesn’t arrive by Friday night at the latest then I’m canceling.

MacMall would not ship a current order to my UPS address so that packages are not left unattended at my front door even though they did ship another order to my UPS store less than 1 week ago. If I can't rely on them to ship quickly, I can't work with them.

On October 20, 2018, I placed an order for item# 41609637 MFrt part number: BX80684I99900K, an Intel i9 9900k boxed processor for $528.99. This item was listed in stock at the time. On the same day, I received an email from a MacMall rep stating that my order was not available and was cancelled and that the "vendor or distributor has notified us that there will be no more shipments and no estimated time of arrival of this product." The very next day on October 21, 2018, the same exact boxed processor with same item number was "in stock" again for $699.99, about a $171 price increase on an item they told me they had no more of and could no longer get anymore of. This feels like a bit of a shady business practice and I want others to know about this. I have the emails and screenshots saved to provide proof. I emailed the rep that contacted me about the cancellation after I saw the drastic price increase, but he never responded.

The computer didn’t work when it arrived, I paid for overnight shipping. And now I have to do some line return process

advertised item as free shipping . but I ordered two - so was over weight limit and charged $50 shipping. would have been free if I just ordered one . Doesn't make sense?

Stay away do not order anything from Macmall! I ordered a laptop, never got it. They gave the runaround for over a week then offered me a refund. After a week of more runaround on the refund I had to have the charges reversed. Reversed on a laptop I never received!! Go to a different website.

I ordered a SLVR STORM RECHARGEABLE BT MED GRADE MS from this company, that also carried a SLVR STORM RECHARGEABLE W MED GRADE MS. Both had the same photo. Neither photo contained a USB flash chip that plugged into a computer, but that was the one I wanted. So I made an educated guess that BT meant bluetooth, and hence, would be the correct model. Nope, I was wrong, apparently W means Wireless, which means you get the USB chip. Get it? Neither do I. So because I ordered the "wrong item" based on their WRONG PHOTOS, they want a 15% restocking fee and for me to pay for return postage. My answer is to find another use for this mouse somewhere else in our office and NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
