The last time I ordered from MacMall, my order was not shipped on time. This time, the scheduled shipping day came and went with no notice. Aargh! But then, I got a notice the following day that the order had been shipped the day before. It arrived on time. Just frustrating that they can't communicate better. It would have saved me some aggravation if they sent the e-mail with the ship date *when the order actually shipped* not the next day. Giving three stars because the description of that rating says "acceptable experience but with some friction," which I think sums it up.

Took a few days and multiple phone calls to get the order processed. Macmall uses a credit card processor so transaction does not match their name on credit card statement. Even after order finalized, took some time before item shipped.

Selection was great, and the online ordering process was fine (I thought), but after the order was submitted, I got a voicemail that I needed to call to verify my order. When I called they didn't know why I was calling. Then they had to call me back, and when they did, they finally said the order was ready to go. What is the point of ordering online if you need to talk to customer service reps in the end anway? If it's fraud protection, I guess I appreciate the effort, but there has to be a less inconvenient way to accomplish it.

Difficult order screen with the way they show prices, I can only assume they believe in common core math. Chat help couldn't help with an order and told me to call the phone number for sales. Phone help was unable to understand my needs and poor English as well. Went to apple.com help chat and had NO issues whatsoever figuring out what I needed to convert from PC to a Macmini. Apple helped me figure out what I needed and then I bought it here because I'm a cheapskate but If I wasn't, I'd never shop here.

All things ordered came quickly; however, the MacBook Air that I ordered was delayed. I am still hoping that it didn't get lost or that I didn't loose out on $1500 ordering online... Customer service has been very helpful.
