These guys make it too hard to process a credit card order. It's not enough that the bank has verified the order. They have to talk to you and verify each order. Could you make this harder?

The product I ordered is fine but getting it was not. I paid for two day shipping because I needed it to arrive within that time period. Not only did I not get it in two days, it was a week. I paid for two day shipping but did not realize it was "two day shipping from when they decided to ship it". Ordered it on a Thursday, it didn't ship until Tuesday and then arrived on Thursday. On the Saturday after I placed the order when I found out I wouldn't be getting it until the following week, I looked on Amazon and could have gotten it in "actually" two days (Monday) for $30 cheaper.

My shipping experience was a nightmare from the beginning. MacMall sent me a UPS tracking number. When I clicked on the hyperlink, I was sent to the FedEx site with no tracking information. I waited a couple of days before I called MacMall only to find out it was shipped Pitt-Ohio trucking. I couldn't track the package with Pitt-Ohio, so I called. The day it was suppose to be delivered, I stayed at the office until 7pm, only to call Pitt-Ohio back to find out my package was lost. MacMall's response was to open an investigation which would take another 8-10 days. As a small business owner, I don't have 8-10 days. Fortunately, Pitt-Ohio found the package and it was delivered 5 days later. It was still stressful when I have clients waiting on me.

Disappointed with my experience purchasing from Mac Mall. After placing my order it was held up by their security dept who reached out and asked me to call. When I did I reached an unbranded merchant transaction processing center. I had trouble hearing the english spoken through a heavy accent. My $1900. order was shipped UPS Ground which I find ridiculous. Order place Friday 6-9-17 and have not received it at 3 PM CDT on Thursday 6-15-17. No more ordering from Mac Mall

MacMall has always been my Go-To location for Mac items. I tend not to shop around. However, that has changed. A few weeks back I placed an order for an iPad on a Wednesday with 2 day delivery since I needed it on Saturday. Unfortunately with the processing time, it came the Monday after the Saturday that I needed it. Afterwards, I ended up comparing the price with the local Apple store and found that I saved $4 on the iPad but paid $19 for the two day delivery. It would have been cheaper to buy local and I would have had the iPad in time. It is good to shop around.

I purchased a "fully functional" open box iPad. When I received it it had a passcode lock in place so not really functional. Tried to use the Macmall contact form which did not work. Captcha code was never accepted.. I used the live chat but the representative I was speaking with said they would have to check on something and left me hanging. After 3 minutes of waiting on the representative the chat app told me I was being disconnected and terminated my chat session. I ended up having to take the "fully functional" iPad to an Apple Store (nearest was 40 miles on Michigan Ave. in Chicago) with my proof of purchase and then Apple unlocked it for me. MacMall was no help. I found their customer service unhelpful and frustrating. The day after Apple unlocked the iPad I got an RMA from MacMall which I must give them credit for but what I really would have liked was a "Sorry this purchase isn't going smoothly. How would you like to move forward?" It's an iPad and its working now and that's great. MacMall needs to review how they provide customer support. Maybe get that online form on their website working and not rejecting every Captcha. Maybe get some representatives to the chat app that get back to the customer when they say they have to check on something. It's not as if I don't expect things to occasionally go wrong. When they do go wrong the company that tries to make things right is who gets my repeat business. Sorry, MacMall, you offer the same products for sale as everyone else and I was totally underwhelmed by your service.

The purchase itself went smooth. The problem was trying to reach customer service in order to know the shipping dates of the product i bought. First they sent me an incorrect tracking number. Later when i try to reach them through live chat, they barely responded, even seemed very rude from the person that responded. So basically nobody gave any information about the shipping status until i received the shipping confirmation, which was already to late. Disappointing experience.

Not really impressed with reps knowledge. One was very helpful the second was a waste of my time.
