Box was not securely taped and the Pencil for my iPad Pro was missing out of my shipment. I did get excellent service when I call in to report the missing item. Mall Mac respond to this review the next day and sent out the iPad Pencil at no charge to me. The representative was helpful and quite pleasant to work with.

Packages arrived with item missing. Very difficult time getting through to customer support. So far, no resolution to the discrepancy. Will definitely delay my receipt of the item, if they agree to send it. I am contemplating filing a dispute with the CC company. Addendum: missing item mailed to my home after finally finding helpfulcustomer service rep.
