Did not receive email conformation of my payment until the next day. It took over 24 hours to confirm payment. Second, I still have not received an email stating that my item has been shipped or a tracking number. I guest that amazon prime has gotten me spoiled. This is why I shop on Amazon more than other websites. My advise to Macmall is to automate, automate and automate! Thanks, Marcus

The website was stuck processing my order for a few minutes, then suddenly refreshed the page. Unsure of whether my order went through and not wanting to duplicate a $650+ order, I tried the instant chat with support to inquire whether my order had been made. The person(?) on the instant chat asked me what I needed help with, but after promptly explaining my issue, I never got another message back. I called a support line I found and the woman there was able to confirm (with some uncertainty) that my order had not been placed. I placed the order again and it went through correctly.

After multiple levels of CC verification, they delayed shipment. In trying to return calls, provide CC data, I was cut off 4 times. The "free" shipping is a 3rd party company who did not send updated shipping info. Marginal service to only save $50 on a birthday-gift ipad. They missed the party.

Great price! Shipping on product said next day, then purchased and it changed to two weeks. Also product said Shoprunner eligible, but then sales associate after said it wasn’t.

Very disappointing. I had used MacMall years ago. So I came back. I saw a MacBook Pro advertised for $1,879. On the same page it said "free shipping" and it said, "order by today--receive by Friday." So the next day I get a call as Macmall wanted to confirm my credit card payment (that was weird in it of itself). But what was disappointing was that the woman (who spoke such bad English that I had to constantly ask her to repeat herself), said, "Oh, it will be 3 to 7 days to deliver." I told her what it said on the website, but she just said again 3 to 7 business days. To me it seemed like the classic bait and switch. I canceled the order. I ended up getting nearly as good a deal here in New York at 11:30 at night for little more than $100 more. To me, the extra money was worth it!

Paid $40 for next day delivery of iPad Pro and Pencil. Box arrived without iPad Pro and customer service told me they would file a claim and I'd hear back in an unacceptable 8-10 business days. So I called FedEx and filed an expedited claim. Come to find out, Macmall never put the iPad in the box in the first place. So they agreed to refund the shipping fee and send it over night a second time. THREE days later, it did show up, which is the only reason they get any stars at all...

Your web site said it usually ships on the same day. There was a four day delay. I won't be home for the first two attempts of delivery. I hope I can get it before oops (ups) ships it back.

The chat service was totally unacceptable. I would receive one answer and then the person would not answer any more. I had to go back in one question at a time. The fourth time, nobody answered. Tried several times - nothing. Chat reps are not helpful. None went beyond to help me or help Macmall make the sale. Bought based on price only.
