I ordered 659.00 in murchandise for a urgent home project with two day delivery what do you know, Back ordered well now how do Imget my two day delivery fee back?

Item showed in stock, also showed if I purchased before certain time overnight shipping would get it to me next day. Placed order, 6 days later not even a tracking number. Emailed customer service with zero response. Called and finally got someone who said item isnt in stock, dont know when it will be but will ship when it is. Had to cancel order with foreigner who did not understand English language very well. Not sure if my cancellation will even be successful. Really didn't care about their shady operations, no manager to talk to, very poor service. Overall disappointing.

Pure scum, these liars have delayed my order for my Mac TWICE!!! Previous estimated arrival date: July 3, 2015 - July 11, 2015 New estimated arrival date: August 25, 2015 - September 1, 2015 They delayed it another month... WTF?!?!?!!? NEVER buy a mac from this place, Apple is also to blame, two f-d up companies.

I tried placing an order through these clowns three times. Each time, my order was cancelled for reason that no one at MacMall could explain to me. Paypal processed the payment successfully. But MacMall claimed they never received the orders. The last straw was when the last customer service person that I talked to informed me that they could not talk because they had a VERY important customer on the other line and did not have time for my question. I do not understand how a company who has been in business since 1987 can be so blind to what the right and left hand are doing. I do not recommend them AT ALL.

Bunch of lying crooks. Everyone I talked to there lied to me. 10 pm EST and the guy on the phone said finance was open 8-8. I told him that it was 7 pm his time. Answer: Oh, yeah. Someone said the item was shipped. Then they would locate it in their warehouse. It can't be there and have shipped! Told me the UPS # was correct then said it didn't work. Stay away.

My boyfriend ordered me the Otterbox iPhone 4S Defender Series Case - Thermal from macmall. The site says they Fed ex the orders the next day and that this order was available and in stock. My boyfriend ordered it using his credit card and his home billing address and had it sent to me at my apartment address. I live in an apartment in a home for the past 2 years and have had Verizon fed ex me packages and so have other companies without a problem etc. My boyfriend comes to see me after his classes as he is in graduate school and checks his voicemail and has a call from his parents. Although the phone number he gave was his own cell phone number. They INVADED HIS PRIVACY and got his home phone number off his billing address. They then proceeded to tell his father what he ordered, which is an invasion of privacy and questioned him on how my boyfriend knew me etc. THIS IS NONE OF THEIR BUSINESS. They invaded my privacy and researched the address the item was to be mailed to and saw I was not the owner of the home. WHAT THE HECK!! I could be staying with a friend etc, have a different last name than my mother or father who are they to invade our lives and question us this way? After all that hassle my boyfriend said fine mail it to my billing address. Which would have required me driving the 30 minutes to his home to get the phone and back with it. He demanded they overnight it then since they wasted a day with this. The women agreed and said she would put it through. This is on January 24, the order was placed on the 23. After she tried to put it through after this whole ridiculous ordeal she says they don’t even have the item in stock!!! THAT IS FALSE ADVERTISING!!! She said they will not have it until February 3 that is 10 days away!!! To top it all off, I then went to the website to see if they updated the product saying it was backordered and they did not. I then clicked on the live chat and asked why if they could not send my order out because it is not in stock do they still list it as available. I started the chat at 5:30 and at 5:35 Rey ([email protected]: direct number is 213-788-7133.) just stated “noted” no other response, I asked at 5:40 is anything going to happen? And no response for another 5 minutes so I closed the chat. Do not waste your time and do not order from. I will be reporting to BBB and apple about this.
