I ordered a Mac from Mac Mall. The specs of the computer they sent me were inferior to the one I ordered. I sent them an email, no response. When I called, they told me that the computer I ordered was not in stock (which wasn't true as you could add it to your shopping cart). Long story short, they refused to switch the computer for the one I ordered. The customer service guy I talked to refused to let me speak to his supervisor. Not recommended!

I tried taking advantage of the sale on the Ipad Pro. They found reasons to reject my first order claiming the house I lived in was a hotel and that they couldn't ship to a hotel. I placed the order a second time, with a different shipping address and once again they stopped my order. While I was on the phone, I read the reviews of this web site and realized many had problems with their service. I withdrew my order and will find another source. There is something bad gong on there.

I ordered an SSD from Macmall because it was significantly cheaper than other sources. When my order had been processing for over two weeks, I emailed Macmall customer support twice, and I called customer support twice, as well. None of those attempts to contact them worked. Google Trusted Stores had to intervene to get a response from them. Macmall then told me that the order could not be processed in a reasonable amount of time. I'm glad they responded at all, but if they knew the order could not be fulfilled as claimed, they should have responded to my emails and calls regarding the issue.

I order a product was in stock, three days have passed and still not sent me the order. Thousand excuses after waiting 45 minutes on the phone and I can't cancel the order either. Stay away from this company.

Canon Maxify copier ordered from Macmall because it was "In stock, ships tomorrow". After emails and phone calls verifying our cc information, being on hold for extended periods, finally everything was good to go. That is until 3 hours later when I received a call saying the item was on back order and unavailable for at least 7-10 days. Ridiculous waste of time. I have this sick feelinig that the information shared with them is not at all secure.

i ordered a HP Pavilion 15-n288ca AMD Quad-Core A8-4555M 1.60GHz TouchSmart Notebook PC in oct 2014. yes the computer was refurbished but after a few months the hard drive broke. i lost everything! every photo and video of my sons first life. i know i should have backed it up but could not afford an external hard drive just yet. im in college with a kid under two saving for this laptop took awhile. when i called macmall for help they told me my warranty had just passed asked for my credit card number so he could order me a new one. now obviously i cant just fork up another $400 for a laptop..when telling the man this he hung up on me!!! so i had this broken laptop sitting in my closet for months because they convinced me it was done and i just needed a new one!! i decided to have a pro look at the laptop he informed me it was not broken just the hard drive crapped out. so i finally had the money to get a new hard dive. then noticed they didnt send me a ISO disk!(they told me refurbished laptops do not receive the disk) no biggy ill just download it onto a usb and go from there. NOPE! turns out i was not sent a product key in my registration email, it was no where to be found in the info they sent me. i then called HP sense i had a bad experience with macmall..after an hour with them they told me to call windows....after an hour with windows and having him access my laptop from a different country to search through the internal info, he was shocked to find no product key. he suggested i call macmall...damn it. so i did and of course it was horrible they lady kept telling me its on a sticker on the laptop.....i do not know how many times i told her thats the product number not the product key. she suggested i call HP... hp told me i have to pay to ask a question....no idea why i did not have to pay earlier in the day to talk to someone to me this seems like a sick scam. $400 and then it brakes down after a few months. then told oh to bad just buy a new one??? also the fact that a windows tech was confused to why there was no product key associated with this laptop makes me really worried.... so thanks for my $400 paperweight. id give you guys a zero if i could. you send people in circles until they just give up. ill be contacting windows again to inform them about your sketchy Os issue. and that you would not supply a os back up disk. not a brand new OS just a freaking disk. thanks for nothing!

Ordered iPad pro on 11-30-15; they told me it would be available 12-14 and would be overnighted so I would receive 12-15. When I didn't receive, I checked online and it was Backordered. NO NOTIFICATION! I called and they said they had a short shipment from Apple, but they had more coming on the 24th, that mine would ship on the 24th, for sure. I had ordered engraving and they said this would not hold it up. It would ship on the 24th. On the 26th I checked to make sure it had shipped and it showed In process. Called on the 28th and they said they did not know what to engrave, so they held the order. STILL NO NOTIFICATION! I cancelled the order. It had been a month and I still didn't have a new iPad.

on the site it stated that the HP computer was in stock and ready for overnight shipping and its and called me the next day and stated that its in back order so I never got the PC in time and still waiting.
