I work at a tax exempt organization. I often have trouble buying off of sale emails (they can't give us the same price & we need to go through their government or they can't do tax exempt). They had a really good deal on a monitor, so I decided to give them a try. I sent an email to support. It was answered quickly by Dean. He told me to place the order on the website to get the deal price then email him the invoice and he would credit us for the taxes charged. Everything went VERY smoothly!

Very happy with purchase - I have been saving to update my Apple iPod and got it from MacMall at the best price - it was shipped super quickly. I ordered it on 4/24 (late p.m.) and received it on 4/26. This was my first purchase from MacMall but since they accept payment by PayPal I was not afraid to place my order. (I am hesitant to shop at new sites if I need to input my credit card information.) The product I purchased from them is great, too. I got it charged, updated, and my music and video files transferred to it with no problems.
