Exact same thing happened with my order that happened with Ellen's as listed below. I ordered a couple of iPad's on the 20th and spec'd 2 day air shipping. Got a UPS Tracking number on the 21st(# isn't in UPS's system). Contacted PCMall this morning and they now state that the iPad's MIGHT ship Wednesday or Thursday, i.e. almost a week from when I ordered. PCMall has had the LAST business from me, ever, and my friends and business acquaintances will be alerted. TOTALLY unacceptable business practice.

I FOUND ANOTHER SITE TO BUY FROM AND GOT WHAT I WANTED WITHIN MINUTES WHERES I TRIED TO GET IT FORM YOU YESTERDAY AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT YET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! when the company read my FIRST review the contacted me and made everything right. I MUST SAY THAT THIS IS THE FIRST COMPANY TO REALLY STEP FORWARD AND EVEN TRY TO MAKE IT RIGHT!! I MUST ADMIT THAT I AM IMPRESSED BY THE LENGTH THAT THEY WENT TO TO MAKE THIS RIGHT. I ALSO MUST RETRACT MY EARLY STATEMENT, AND SAY THE DID MAKE MY BAD EXPERIENCE RIGHT !!!!!!!!

Well, I ordered my iPad 9.7 3 days ago, and it has not been shipped as yet. There is no information except that the order is in process. This is not my typical experience with MacMall. A customer service rep contacted me as soon as the review was processed. I still did not get a good answer about when the iPad would be shipped, and in addition, I got a tracking number on my page that was not a good number. Not sure what is going on except that I was told that they have combined with another company and the shipping department is overwhelmed.

I just purchased an iMac I could not wait to opening the box and trying my new computer, however to my dissapointment when I turn the system On it did not stared I mean it's not doing anything I only have a black scream I tough that I was supposed to work with all the icons and programs that were promised when I got it. I am very furious since Iam paying a lot money for it. If this company is serious about its business they should verify if the computer works! Before it leave the store. So how I can recomens to any my coleages to used this company services? This is a wasted of time and a big dissapointed!.

Placed an order for my business. Processed card, but then kept calling to try to confirm. They would not confirm and it became all such a big red tape that I cancelled and bought from Amazon. Was a shame b/c I used to buy computers regularly from them

I ordered an iMac desktop, and received a MacBook Pro laptop. When I called customer service about it, I was told that my product was no longer in stock. If this was true, then why was I sold the desktop in the first place? And why would they send me a laptop--like I wouldn't know the difference? Overall, it was an unpleasant experience, and now I have to wait even longer to even get a refund because I'm sending the laptop back. Very upset with my experience, and will be looking elsewhere to find quality refurbished Apple products.

Ordered iPad early Friday AM before 8 am PST, MacMall promised same day shipping, plus I paid extra for Saturday FedEx delivery. No ipad arrived Saturday. I called Monday, and they promised delivery Tuesday. Also said they would refund $18 extra shipping I paid, when I requested. Tuesday....no ipad. Looked online at order status and said Wednesday AM FedEx delivery before 1030 am. Wednesday morning....no ipad. Finally delivered Wednesday afternoon! I called again to register my disappointment and how a previously good company had declined. Agent says no notes from Monday cust service rep re refunding my express fees! Unbelievable. When I called, it sounded like a might have been dealing with customer service in another country rather than the USA? They don't seem empowered to find out information about your order at all. And they gave me no reason for the shipping delay either call. I had previously ordered macs, iPads, etc for 10 years from Macmall. But no more....better to go to Apple Store or Apple.com. Plus they used to not charge tax in Texas...now they do. If there are no price benefits, broken promises in shipping, and poor customer service, why should Macmall even stay in business? Update:The second rep did refund the $18 express shipping fee, which has posted to my credit card.

Ordered a digital av adapter paid via PayPal waited 10 days and no shipping notification. Logged into account says pending. I called them they stated they don't ship to PO Boxes. I asked why I wasn't sent an email telling me this so I could change shipping address and they told me they don't do that. Well I guess I don't do orders from Macmall any more!
