Wonderful Customer service!!

Purchased the Cintiq Pro 24 with the arm and the staff were very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. They seem to genuinely have your best interests at heart and try to work with your budget. Delivery was also speedy - got it in like 2 days?! And they came right to my door which was nice, considering I live in a big apartment complex.

I found MacHollywood while I was searching for a hard to find Thunderbolt array and Patrick was great to work with. He was able to reach out directly to the manufacturer and get us what we were looking for. Shipping was quick and the communication was clear and helpful. I am happy to have found them and they will be at the top of my list when searching for another product to help with our post-production facility needs in Royal Oak, MI.

Purchased a used Wacom Cintiq Pro 16 and it’s absolutely beautiful! I had been searching the internet for months looking for one and found Mac Hollywood with an excellent price. The included warranty really sold me especially on a used product it gave me more peace of mind. The cintiq is nearly flawless so their description of the product condition was spot on. It was shipped nice and safe to me within a week of ordering. I will absolutely be purchasing from them again!

Great service and speedy shipping - thank you.
