Placed an order on August 28, 2024. Didn’t receive the order, any tracking info, or a notice that they were behind. Emailed on October 17, 2024. Received a long, automated reply about how they’re busy, shipping takes a month, not to email again because it’ll bump you to the back of the response line. But of course I’ve heard nothing since and still haven’t received my order. Do not order from this company.

Currently under chapter 11 bankruptcy. Not surprising given the copious amount of negative reviews (these filings are public record easily findable on any search engine) Update 9/3/34- this is what was delivered: A smashed up melted glob of chocolate. For a $60 pie, I’d expect it to be packed more carefully than with 2 ice packs not unlike what you’d send your child’s school lunch in. Not even dry ice as what reputable food vendors use. Never heard back from Ma Ka Rohn. I did get my money back, no thanks to them but rather a successful dispute with my credit card company. Seriously, this pie looks like it was made by a child or perhaps tossed against a wall prior to packing. You can see on their Instagram beautiful products being made…as well as the negative comments from dissatisfied customers being as quickly as possible by the company. Ordered 7/24. ETA 2-3 weeks per their website. Over 1 month, in which I contacted customer service 3 times with zero response. Filed with the BBB and disputed with my credit card company and lo and behold, a shipping label was printed 3 hours later (still no movement on the shipment now for 3 days). I’ll update this review if I ever receive my order, but it shouldn’t take this much. Especially from a company actively posting on their social media multiple times daily, so clearly someone still works there

I ordered $60 worth over 6 weeks ago and still haven’t received my order and have heard nothing from the company. Would not recommend.
