Ive been using Luxe for over a year now. I will NOT use anyone else . The effort they put into making sure each trip is amazing is really what keeps me coming back. Ive been to Europe twice using Luxe's services and having Elisa as my coordinator was great each time! She is very accommodating and does not go a day without making sure everything is on track. She even took the time out to provide me with resources for outside activities that were not on my Luxe itinerary. Hoping she's my coordinator every time I travel to Europe:) Overall thank you Luxe for making each trip a memorable one !!!

I enjoyed the personalized itinerary and the quick response from people on grounds. The willingness to make sure that we were safe and comfortable.

I’ve done 2 group trips and, most recently, a private 2-person trip with Luxe Tribes. In general, the itineraries include all the main attractions and having all transport arranged for you makes navigating the itineraries so much easier. My main reservations about this company is disorganization, schedule can be chaotic and lacks thoughtful arrangement, and poor communication as well as staffing issues and changes to points of contact without notice or follow through on requests made or tasks to be completed by staff. These issues were a common theme with both the group and private trips. Some specific personal requests for private trip were not arranged despite discussed request and being told that it would be(ie. Birthday greeting in room upon arrival). Seems that the company markets “luxury” travel, but the group trips do not deliver “luxury.” I would give this company an overall rating of 80-85%. I would use them again only for the convenience of paying over time.

All of the accommodations were all great, especially the Athens hotel. The Santorini villa was was too remote, especially since their was no free shuttle into town and 70 euros roundtrip was pricey to get to downtown. The Santorini evening dinner cruise was the highlight of week. We could have done that twice instead of the Santorini tour. Mykonos was also great. I would suggest one day in Santorini and two days in Athens.

Luxe Tribes prepared an adventure filled itinerary for 14 women in Dubai. The VOCO hotel was an excellent choice for lodging and had impeccable customer service in addition to being centrally located with access to the Metro. The rooms with amazing views were filled with luxury. The itinerary with built-in free time was well thought out organizing the excursions to make the best use of our time. It also allowed us to explore some areas of Dubai according to our own interests. The gifts provided were on point to support dress needs for the Mosque. I really enjoyed the Desert excursion with Dune Bashing, Dramatic Dress photoshoot, Camel Ride, ATV riding etc. The Dinner in the Sky was a great experience with unbelievable views. It was a plus to have the photographer with us but would recommend at least two photographers for a group this size to capitalize on time and equally capture events when the group is split (I.e in the Limo ride). Some activities were not fully enjoyed due to limited time to explore (I.e. The Louvre, Mosque, Camel Ride). Overall this was a great trip and I would highly recommend.

The Luxe team really made it easy for me to bring in my bday! This was my first time using Luxe Tribes for any trip, but it won’t be my last. Now like any travel agency there were a few bumps along the way. This was a private group trip for my family & I. We started the planning & pay process about a year before the actual trip it’s self. And with that a few people in the group had a hard time setting up their profile so that they could start paying on the trip. One person was even charged 2x for the deposit. But after reaching out to Nancy who help me with the planning process, everything was fixed quickly. Even with everything going on in Israel right now, they even gave us options for if we wanted to reschedule our trip(but we didn’t).Now the Trip!!!!!! Once we got on the grounds of Egypt, everything went smooth as butter!!! We had guides and assistance to help us every step of the way. The Luxe team even made a Whats App group chat for us so if we need more assistance they were there to help. Luxe booked all our in flight & travel accommodation well in/going from Cairo to Luxor to Hurghada, & back. This trip was everything I could ask for & more. Definitely a new core memory for adult life. 100% would recommend!

I just returned from my trip to Iceland. It was my first time to Europe. Elisa was a great travel agent and made sure everything ran smoothly. Everything was organized &planned out perfectly. She communicated times &places to meet on our itinerary but also reminded us via WhatsApp the day before. She answered every question we had throughout the planning process and while we were on the trip. I've booked many times with Luxe &this one was no different. One of the best things about booking with Luxe is that transportation to activities and places is always included, even if its not on the original itinerary you can ask. I love that each itinerary is customizable. Thank you again Luxe for another stamp in my book. Special shoutout to Elisa &Priscilla for their communication.
