There When We Needed Them Most
We booked our honeymoon flights through Luxe Skies after working with one of their agents for several days and weeks to get everything arranged. Unfortunately, a mix-up with our return flight wasn’t discovered until just five hours before we thought we were flying home. We had already checked out of our hotel, returned our rental car, and were nearly on our way to the airport when we realized our flight had actually been booked for the following evening. Needless to say, we were incredibly stressed and unsure of what we were going to do. I immediately contacted Luxe Skies, and after several conversations, David and his management team went above and beyond to help us. They were able to get us on the flight we originally intended to take that evening, with seats together, the same layover, and the same connecting flight. They made what could have been a major travel nightmare completely manageable. We are so grateful for the way David and the Luxe Skies team handled the situation. Mistakes and unexpected situations can happen, but what matters is having a team that is willing to step in and help when you need them most (& they absolutely did that). Thank you again, David! We had an amazing honeymoon and will definitely be using Luxe Skies for our future travels. We feel much better knowing we have a team like this behind us!
