Genuine and attentive! Great experience!

i have been using Luxe skies for several months now and have been really happy with their service. i have never really used a travel agent for flights before as i always wanted the ability to find the best deals, with dates that fit my travel plans, especially as some of those plans change from time to time. i retired in January and have been traveling extensively this past year, with plans to continue traveling internationally for the next 2-3 years. Luxe Skies has been perfect for this phase of my travel - i tell them where i'm going and when, whether my dates are flexible and who's going. Luxe Skies assigned me a consistent person who i speak to and Allan has become a trusted friend that i can reach out to for any concerns. i've changed my mind a number of times, changed my dates, adjusted my destinations but Allan/Luxe Skies has been patient and never got frustrated with me. they've worked with me to get me where i'm going with the best deals possible. they check you in and send you your boarding passes, so there's no waking up at 4am realizing you didn't check in for your 8am flight. and they have someone there around the clock so when i recently had concerns about my boarding passes flying to Norway, someone was there to walk me through it. i mostly deal with domestic flights myself, although i do touch base with Allan to make sure i'm getting the best deal, but i'll never go back to sourcing international flights on my own!

Great staff. Caring, dependable, and professional. While they may not get the lower than what you can find online, their support during the journey makes all the difference. Booked multiple trips this year and hope to do more in the future.

I was new to this process but my agent took great care to make me feel comfortable about the purchase experience. Communication was always done promptly. All questions were thoroughly answered One glitch that arose after making the reservation but before the travel date was that the agent I was dealing with left the company. This did not disrupt our plans. Other agents stepped in to help complete the process without issue.

Allan and team were excellent. They were able to organize my flights to Vietnam and back taking much of the stress of booking an international trip off my plate. Communication was great each step of the way, with the team making a number of suggestions and recommendations along the way to fit within my goals. Would recommend to others

Brian and David were got us the flights to Europe in a timely fashion and made our planning the trip easy for us. Great job guys!

The agent with whom I worked, Michael, was exceptional. He offered a number of options, explained the pros and cons of each and was remarkably patient with my questions.
