I love working with this company and especially Allan. He is so patient with us as we look up different options, incredibly knowledgable, and responds quickly! Allan is always on top of things. This is really a full service company! Thank you! :)

Thank you. 0

Allan was incredibly knowledgable and quickly responsive. We ended up opting not to book (this time) but Allan's thoughtful explanation of the options, the process and how to optimize for our next airline booking has me convinced this is a terrific service we will use later this year for planning overseas travel.

Rapid and courteous communication with a variety of flight options in most cases. I think Luxe Aur does a good job at finding the best deal.

My experience was positive and easy!

The agent really tried his best to get the deal we wanted!!!

Nicholas Rivers is awesome and I will book everything thru him in the future. He was an immense help to us in setting us up with a nonstop flight from Seattle to Frankfurt in Business Class and he suggested an longer stay (from 2 weeks to 3 and 1/2 weeks) which has excited our friends in Germany as well as the two of us! Thank you Nicholas...

I had an outstanding experience working with Nicole S. while booking my business class travel. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to make sure I not only secured a seat, but got the best possible value for my money. Nicole was incredibly responsive, patient, and knowledgeable—constantly checking options, comparing routes, and keeping me updated every step of the way. What really stood out was her dedication; she didn’t settle for “good enough” and kept working until she found a deal that exceeded my expectations. Thanks to her persistence and attention to detail, I am able to fly business class at a price I honestly didn’t think was possible. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about getting you the best outcome, Nicole S. is the person to go to. Highly recommended!
