Placed an order on 17/05 and there was a deal for buy 1 get 2 pairs free for £32.00. I opted for this and I know that this was applied as I had to choose the colours and sizes for the additional items. The order arrived today, 3 weeks later, and only one pair was present.

I wish there was an option to give zero stars. This company is an absolute scam - they will take your money but you aren't allowed to return. Instead they offer you a "discount". I'm sorry but no, this is absolutely unacceptable treatment of customers.

Ordered something in one size, the confirmation came through in another and I emailed immediately to cancel. No response. Emailed several times and it was only after a despatch confirmation came through days later they said they couldn’t cancel as it had been despatched. Awful company will be asking credit card company to retract the payment

Dreadful. I ordered something and cancelled it within an hour. I emailed and emailed for days. The order was sent out regardless. I have repeatedly been told I messed up my order and it’s my problem not theirs. I would not touch them again and I have asked my bank to oppose the charge because they don’t even respect their own cancellation policy and their customer service is awful.
