Thank you for providing this important feedback. It appears something went wrong with this package. You definitely should have received every item in the order by now. We've sent you an email to rectify this issue. You need to contact the post office to pick up.

The item that I received was a completely different item than what I had ordered. Further, the personalization had been misspelled & was not engraved as I had ordered. Despite numerous attempts to contact the company to correct my order or refund the purchase price, they insisted they sent the correct item with the correct spelling even tho I also attatched photos of my original order screen with desired items & photos of the completely different items I received with incorrect spelling of personalization. I even attempted to return the items to the items, but the company refused to give me a return address to send them to, and said they would not even accept a return! I really wanted the items I ordered, so I bent over backwards to complete this transaction with them, however they repeatedly refused to assist, in any way, with this matter.

The mat had absolutely no weight to it. Very thin. If it was windy it would wound up down the street. Very unhappy.

I will never purchase anything from this company again. I order a CANVAS and received a cheap poster for $50 Then the personalized front door mat NEVER ARRIVED! Both were Christmas presents - very very disappointed.
