No shipping, order became invalid
Their shipping details say: "We are facing a very high demand. All orders are expertly engraved, packaged, prepared, and shipped within 1 to 5 business days of ordering." It's been 16 days since placing my order on Feb 7 and it hasn't been shipped. When I try to view my order using the link from the email you sent me, it shows an error: "Enter a valid email or order number." Not great given they were advertising themselves as a perfect gift for Valentines's day. Have contacted their customer support today, will update this review with how they handled it.
