I agree with the other reviewer. I canceled. They sent a confirmation and even though it canceled on October 9th. I was charged on the 19th for full price for a half month.

Great website with quality content but poor subscription customer service. Most automatic renewal transactions give you a notice of renewal activity but this website’s third party transactions withdraws funds without any notification or proper labeling to inform the consumer where it’s coming from. I spoke to a service rep by the nominer Billling6200 and they just shielded themselves with the fine print of terms and agreements when you first sign up. All I was asking for was the bare minimum information of transaction notification, and they just hid behind their fine print even when I showed evidence of the absence of notfication.
