Bait & Switch - Refund Run Around
Bought what was advertised as a Mu Cephei light saber for my son March 5, 2022. It was supposed to be aluminum, have multi color RBG LEDs, sound board and so on. What arrived a month later was a broken plastic tiny light saber that was worse than the stuff you find at the fair. There is absolutely no way it could be confused for the pictures and description on the website. When I asked for a refund, they acted like they had no record of my purchase. I sent copies of my order number, tracking number and they just said that I am not cooperating, and they cannot help me. Since I do not have the mystery order number, they will not let me post a review on their site - that is a very convenient way to keep negative reviews off.
