I had an issue awhile back with a transaction. I bought the promotion and then popped up your upsale. I went to pay for the upsale ( ridiculously good deal) and the transaction "froze" up. When I tried to recover the upsale- no luck! I contacted your customer service through email AND voicemail, so I could get the upsale - No response. That was about 2 months ago. Still no response...I have grown a beard waiting.
