Lunchbox TechnologiesReviews of lunchbox.io

Lunchbox team has been a great partner and an influential advisor to Teaspoon’s technology transformation. Mark & Bryce has been giving us valuable support and attention that made our roll out smooth and efficient.

Every interaction over the past year with Mark Turner has been absolutely helpful, learning/understanding based for all parties, and solution oriented. He always gets to the bottom of the issue/s at hand, leaning on all resources necessary, which as a restaurant partner is what we need/expect, means lost revenue is low or minimal, allowing us to service our hungry guests. He takes the little extra time required to make sure the resolution is satisfactory and our platforms are fully functioning. Case in point from yesterday, he had 3 different conference calls with myself, our onboarding team and third party vendors to get integrations working at our 8th location and loyalty configured correctly brand-wide. He also shared valuable information about menu tags and why they are important for sales growth in the digital age. Mark’s knowledge of lunchbox and its inner workings has been an invaluable resource for us during our challenging rollout. You need many more Marks! He’s a class act.

Kate has been a major help in directing our team in getting the development and rollout of our loyalty program complete!

Lunchbox offers restaurants a strong solution for all in-house tech / multi-channel ordering & guest engagement. Growing with their team has been a good experience and we're excited to continue to scale and improve.

Lunchbox continues to evolve and innovate. Their platform is robust, flexible, and able to scale for anyone from SMB to Enterprise. They also build real, human relationships with their customers and listen to their feedback, which is a core differentiator in this space.

Ordered online from Upper Crust so many times living in Boston, and definitely prefer to order direct from their online ordering website. Prefer the Lunchbox site over Uber eats because I know the business gets more and they have some good rewards.

Second time ordering from Papa Gino’s on the new Lunchbox platform. Ordered to the Plaistow NH location. Very easy to order, food was ready on time, like that I can earn loyalty points for purchases. Will order using Lunchbox again.

Truly exceptional and prompt service. Our team is always confident knowing that the knowledgable and friendly LB Support team is seconds away if we have any issues with Lunchbox and it's communication with our POS.
