Hi Jennifer. As noted on your previous post, we have thoroughly audited our US customer database and have zero record of your name, email, or order history. You are located in the United Kingdom and intended to review the independent UK website lunafashionhouse.co.uk (Company Reg No: 94464324, Netherlands). You have unfortunately been misrouted to Luna Fashion House USA (lunafashionhouse.com) based in California, which is an entirely unrelated corporate entity. Because Trustpilot's platform is currently forcing our two separate businesses into the same review stream, this systemic routing error has been formally escalated to Trustpilot's Legal Counsel and Public & Regulatory Affairs teams (Case #03781286 / Ref: Case #02170685). We are working directly with their corporate compliance departments to ensure these misdirected UK reviews are moved to the correct profile where they belong.
