LumiluxReviews of lumilux.com

I ordered some from this company on February 26, 2026 and have yet to receive it. Going back and forth with them saying I received my order which I did not. They can't show me proof of delivery, the address they delivered too and the signed receipt. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Still waiting for my refund.

Order 2 get 1 free only got 2

Will not respond to texts the support phone number when you call it doesn't ring

Canceled order I have been scammed out of money 3 times in a 2 week period. The product is garbage and I will be filing an official complaint with the BBB if I dont get my money back

This company should be closed down. They have copied a known doctors packaging. All it is is grease on a stick! Then I cancelled my follow-up shipment as the product is a scam and does not work. I made that quite clear not to send. They sent it anyway and it has been hell trying to return. They keep on saying they are sending a return label. That never happened. It is a fraghlent product scamming the public with zero customer service. WARNING: DO NOT BUY!!!

This company is total scam They took my money told me merchandise is out for delivery. That’s a lie when you call them calls get dropped. These people should be stopped. Don’t order anything from them

I bought this stick thinking it was the dr melaxin but whn it came it had on the package lumilux so I have been miss led it's very greasy and does nothing

I had severe allergic reactions, which I have never had from anything before. It made ZERO difference in the dark sunken circles around my eyes or my fine lines or wrinkles. I had canceled my subscription and was billed and sent more of your garbage, which I don't even want. And then they tried to do it AGAIN!!!!!
