I bought animaniacs for sega. I paid and filled out the shipping information like I have done hundreds of times before online. Two weeks later no game delivered so I call. They say oh yes we see it here, should be another week. After three weeks and no delivery, confirmation, phone call nothing I finally call back and ask wheres my game? They search and search for my name, once they figure that part out they say it was shipped to the UK. My game was sent to my address with my area code and name, but to the UK. How does that happen? I'm sure no one with my name, address, and area code lives in the UK. Ultimately I made this place give me a refund and I'll never order anything from here again.

I have ordered a few things recently from this company (all game boy games). 2 of which were missent to brooklyn ny (a place in which i've never been to) and I live in NJ. I finally got that package after a week of them trying to send it 30 miles to NJ where it was supposed to go in the first place. Another order its been in secaucaus NJ for the last week not sure what its doing there. They seem to ship via DHL first from florida (which i drove to in 22 hours with no sleep by far from NJ) they send DHL than to USPS, its rediculous. Anyway my package is now in limbo wondering if i will ever get it. I have emailed the company in hopes i will get my item, after all this I'm never ordering from these guys again!
