Terrible Service, Avoid This Prep Center!
Horrible experience—we are extremely dissatisfied. Our items are stuck in their warehouse, yet they refuse to process shipments. They ignore messages in the work chat for weeks and don’t respond to any inquiries. It’s impossible to get anything done! We’re trying to retrieve all our inventory and forget this nightmare, but they simply read our messages and continue ignoring us. This prep center is a complete disaster—they don’t fulfill their duties or meet basic expectations. I strongly advise against working with them. Stay away from this company at all costs!
