I have £86.42 in bonus money but it won’t let me play games it says insufficient credits is this site run by scammers?

The site is run by scammers they take your money but make it virtually impossible to withdraw avoid at all costs 🤬

had the same problem as everyone else can’t upload documents can’t withdraw and when i went into my account today they have wiped my balance everything is showing zero! over £100 gone!

Agree with other reviews. I won and sent all the i.d they requested, it says verified on my account yet still can’t withdraw as it’s asking for the i.d which I have already sent and had verified. No live help available and takes days for support to send a rubbish reply. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely Gastly of TV adverts and why has he a northern accent like a beer belly. I don't agree that this TV advert goes on during the day. There's a loop hole for bingo, but this and many other scrupulous Gambling Websites make the adverts as if it's Gambling on a bigger scale....Disgusting during the day!

Appalling does not accept your ID on the website, takes the pics etc and send then not identifiable, absolute joke, got 3000 in balance want to withdraw and all it is same email over n over 4days now no contact number, who can I contact, does game commission or IBAS help in any way, thanks, illegal letting you deposit then refusing payout when won fair n square 😡

They are scammers . Won't pay my £100 unless I show photos of my passport etc. Took the money from my account but I can't get my money 😪 back. Do not sign up for this Bingo. Never experienced anything like it.

Just the obnoxious, dumbing down advert is all l've experienced. As a gaming organization, do you really believe your promotion methods are acceptable and attract the public to gamble with you?
