Luck & Co Agency | Email for EcommerceReviews of luckandco.agency

Based on a previous relationship with Kasey and Luck & Co., I made the (prudent!) decision earlier this year to bring her team on to manage our retention marketing program at Incrediwear. Prior to their joining, our email/SMS program was in a healthy place generating 30%+ of our overall Shopify revenue but I knew with Kasey onboard, we could do even better...and we have! Tremendously. Typically, bringing on new partners is stressful (especially when they're helping manage the most profitable part of your online marketing program) but with Kasey, I literally had no concerns. Her team is a well-oiled machine - they know what questions to ask, when and how to push back, how to communicate and ultimately, how to grow a retention program, quickly, efficiently and sustainably. The only concern potential clients should have with Luck & Co. is how to get them onboarded as quickly as possible. You're leaving retention $$$ on the table until then. Speaking of which, in the months we've been working together, our retention revenue has been growing steadily to the point that we are now flirting with almost HALF of our online revenue coming from email and SMS.🤯 In a time when acquisition costs are nuts and maximizing existing customer revenue has never been more mission critical, we couldn't be happier with these results and heartily recommend Kasey and Luck & Co. to other ecommerce brands. You'll be in great hands and see meaningful results quickly while working with a competent, proactive and really fun team!

I will recommend any D2C brand to start working with L&C. Kasey and the team act as true partners, supporting our business growth. At first, we had no email activity, so we had doubts about if the email revenue is going to be big enough to justify the agency activity. After the first 2 months, we already saw great results. The L&C team is super responsive, supportive, acts FAST, does fantastic work, and gets everything done with a smile. A pleasure to work with.

We were incredibly pleased with our experience with Kasey and the entire Luck&Co team. Our brand essentially didn't have an automation strategy in place and she and her team build a solid flow structure for us to swiftly enter our next stage of growth. They were able to beautifully translate our brand vision through their design and content (without a Brand Book!) and we are so excited about the results.  One of the most impressive qualities of the team was their level of organization and communication. They have an incredibly thorough process set in place that makes collaborating extremely easy - which can be difficult with a remote team. Our project lead, Maria, was prompt to answer all our questions and address any concerns with explanations that were clear and fully explained their methodology and reasons behind every decision. The entire Luck&Co team is thoughtful, thorough, and each is a master of their craft. I would 100% recommend them to any small business looking to level up their email marketing strategy!

Before working with Kasey and her team, we didn't have a real Email Mkt strategy. We were only sending promotions to all our database without any segmentations or strategy, which was hurting the deliverability of our emails, causing the revenue coming from emails to be declining every month. At first, we had some hesitations weather her team was going to be able to create emails with our brand's look and feel, and also we had our doubts that they were going to bring the revenue we were looking for from our Email Strategy. But now, I can say we're very happy with the results of L&C! They helped us professionalize our email strategy, and it was always easy to work with them. They are very responsive and always they make a great job with every email campaign they design. The time I have to put now thinking on emails is almost none, they care of it, and I trust they will bring the revenue we're looking for our emails. 100% recommended!

Very experienced and knowledgeable team. We had worked with Klaviyo for years and thought we had a pretty firm basis, but wanted to see if we were missing any opportunities. Boy, were we surprised. Luck & Co showed us very quickly there is a right way to set up segments and flows and a wrong way to do it. Even very seemingly minor filters in the wrong place made a huge difference. They are super quick, very open and honest and very professional. Nice and very pleasant to work with as well. I interviewed many consultants and email service providers and ended up with them--glad I did. Highly recommend.

Kasey is one of the most thoughtful email marketing leaders I've ever had the pleasure of working with. A few things that really stood out to me when I hired Luck & Co to build out our email automations: (1) She's very strategic about pulling the right levers to drive revenue — there is absolutely no fluff in anything Kasey recommends doing. Everything is backed by either experience or verifiable data, and she actually understands that just because something is a "best practice" doesn't mean it works for every situation. I appreciate that level of understanding. (2) She's incredibly organized. There was visibility on what we were working on, when it needed to be done, and what the blockers were (if any). This helped accelerate how much we were able to accomplish in just our first month. (3) Kasey is an amazing communicator. This can't be over-stated — it's very difficult for an agency to feel like it's a part of the team sometimes. Kasey succeeded in not just absorbing our brand, but also bringing new, relevant ideas to the table for us to test. In a world of agencies who apply templated strategies across all their clients, Kasey truly felt like a part of the team. If you don't know the first thing about email marketing and need a partner to help you soar, reach out to Luck & Co.

Working with the Luck and Co team has been an absolute pleasure, in particular working with Kasey and Veronika on a weekly basis. We came into the email marketing sphere very green and knew that we needed to make investment with the growth of D2C during covid. Kasey seamlessly transitioned us to Klaviyo and got 8 flows set up for us right away. They have a system and formula for success and can get you set up quickly and start making money and making an impact with your new and existing subscriber base. The thing I love most about working with their team is that they are always amenable to feedback, while improving and making our email communication feel special and unique. Over our time working with them, we really saw an improvement in our email campaigns, honing our voice and content; it was a very fun and collaborative process. They are thoughtful and care about the work they do and turn around things quickly, which is great for a small team like us, where things can change daily. There are also bi-weekly check ins to go over your data, where Kasey analyzes and makes suggestions based on your emails and flows metrics. With Luck and Co you get a quantitative and qualitative approach, which is super helpful. We highly recommend working with their team! Brennan, CEO, YES Bar

As a small, lean start up, we are very cost sensitive. We had been doing email in-house, on a sporadic and infrequent basis. When we migrated from Mailchimp to Klaviyo, we knew we needed more expertise in order leverage Klaviyo effectively. Luck & Co has brought that expertise to the table, and proven to be a great partner. We have been working with Luck & Co for a few months now, and love how turnkey their agency has made email marketing for our team. We also really appreciate how integrated they feel to our team, such as having them directly in our slack channel - their communication is great! They promised significant channel growth, and delivered on it immediately, with our revenue from email growing 5x in the first month and strong performance since. We’ve seen great success with both our flows and campaigns. I wish we had been working with them sooner, and have already recommended them to other small business owners I know.
