ZERO customer support. When trying to get answers, you are directed to the "community," which is about as helpful as a fart in a locked car on a hot summer day. I want to disable AI, but there is no way to contact a real person who can walk me through the process of disabling this annoyance. AI does not help; in fact, it's more disruptive than anything. The only reason I gave 2 stars and not 1 is that there are other useful features. But AI ruins the experience for me. I absolutely HATE it! UPDATE: The brainiacs at Lucid have now decided to nuke the top menu bar and clutter the interface with yet another hovering menu to obstruct the text and data. Before it was just the AI icon that was in the way, now it's both the AI and the menu bar. Honestly there isn't a low enough rating to give this program. It is truly TERRIBLE AND I HATE IT!
