I am a certified skeptic! Triple, even quadruple checking is what I do, especially for as big of an investment that an engagement ring would be. So of course, when I found an engagement ring for a FRACTION of the price I would find at Kay Jewelers or the like, I was understandably skeptical. I checked everything I could and it all came up green! After reaching out to customer service about customizing the ring my fiancée and I chose, they swiftly sent over a fully rendered 3D graphic of our customization. With swift professionalism, they had realized her dream ring with extreme precision. We couldn't have been happier that they nailed it on the first go. And in addition to their already unbeatable prices, they reached out to me with an additional savings offer, validating that they were more than willing to work with our budget. Every part of the process was without issue. Even after we received the ring and needed a resize, they reimbursed us for the resizing that another company performed. It goes without saying that I will be coming back for any future jewelry purchases, and I can't recommend Lucenjuri enough to anyone. Thank you so much, Lucenjuri!

Ring was terrific and great customer service

The customer service was above and beyond. They made sure my daughter had her beautiful necklace in time for her wedding keeping me updated through the process.

I was skeptical to place an order for an expensive piece of jewelry from an online company - especially one that I had never heard of before - but let me just say, working with Lucenjuri and our lovely consultant, Christine was a pleasure from beginning to end. She guided me through stone selection and kept me informed through the entire process from fabrication to shipping to follow up. The necklace was even better than expected and the price was better than competitors who were selling inferior stones. They earned my trust and I would purchase from them again without a doubt.

I need to update my review. Though Lucenjuri couldn't turn back time and make the ring come on time, they have been wonderful since then. They got the original ring to me, and upgraded it so my fiancée would have a bigger ring on her finger. The clarity is wonderful and the ring is beautiful. They also sent me a completely free diamond pendant that matches her ring, for her to wear on her wedding day. It's going to be really special. And they reimbursed some of my purchase, and sent me a gift card which I'm about to use to make our anniversary special. I really couldn't ask for more. I wish I could review the quality of the ring itself, but after more than six weeks, I still can't. I placed my order on June 11 because Lucenjuri promised delivery by June 21. I chose them specifically because I wanted to propose to my girlfriend over the Fourth of July, surrounded by fireworks—her favorite holiday. That moment came and went because the ring never arrived. The company eventually explained that the ring had been delayed in customs and said they had requested its return so they could make a new one with a slightly larger diamond. While I appreciate the gesture, it doesn't change the fact that we are now starting over after weeks of waiting. They also offered a $100 refund and a $200 gift card for the inconvenience, but I still haven't received either. The biggest disappointment has been for my fiancée. Instead of proudly wearing the engagement ring we carefully chose together, she's been wearing a temporary "fake" ring while we continue to wait. Every time someone asks to see her ring or congratulates us, she's reminded that the real one still hasn't arrived. What should have been one of the happiest and most memorable times of our lives has instead become an ongoing source of frustration and disappointment. At this point, I honestly don't know whether or when I'll receive the ring. After repeated delays and unfulfilled promises, I've begun to question whether I made the right decision ordering from Lucenjuri at all. I'm now considering canceling the order and purchasing from another jeweler that can actually deliver what they promise. I hope the company eventually makes this right, because the customer service representatives have been polite in their communications. But when you're buying an engagement ring, reliability matters just as much as craftsmanship. A beautiful ring means very little if it isn't there for the moment that matters most. Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend Lucenjuri.

The earrings exceeded my expectations and the customer service was amazing. I will be ordering again soon.
