Great review !
The review of LSVT Big and the video examples were very good ! It would have been nice to have more applications to address freezing of gait and stooped posturing specifically. I am also certified in PWR !Moves and find this approach provides me with greater versatility than LSVT Big. Many times, my patient's come in reporting a specific problem that is new or they have noticed more recently ( getting in and out of a new car, getting out of the new bed, a fall , walking up the steps at their daughter's home etc.) They are not interested in basic exercises or daily tasks... they want to spend the session addressing that specific problem. Also, they have $40 copays and it's not economically feasible for them to be seen 4 x /week.
