I ordered a woman’s winter coat for next year & I did receive it pretty fast but the quality was not worth the price ($92 on sale) I needed to send back before 30 days was up. I had contacted Lovenne a couple of times but no response until later on in March! I didn’t get refund because it was on sale! Never, never again!!!!!!

Do not buy from this co. Not sure is even real. Ordered a wallet from their website, 4 weeks later nothing. I have sent several emails asking about order and never got any response. I have tried calling nbr 4-5 times a week for 2 weeks at different times, never get answer and you cannot leave a message. Order confirmation has no tracking info. SCAMMERS. Bev A

I’ve ordered quite a bit of clothing from this site and have been very pleased. The items are stylish and modern, yet very comfortable to wear. I appreciate that they offer pieces made from natural fabrics, such as cotton and linen. There are options suitable for both everyday wear and dressier occasions. The clothing looks stylish and beautiful, while remaining incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend it.

I purchased a couple of dresses from lovenne and have been trying to get a hold of them since 12 March of this year. I know they don’t have a phone number when I do call. It tells me that the voicemail hasn’t been set up how convenient they have a form on their website that I have filled out three times to return these dresses and get a refund I’m afraid that by the time somebody gets back to me if they get back to me, my 30 days will be up so I’m filing complaints to three or four different companies the BBBFTC and a couple other ones I’ve had it

I was so pleasantly surprised with the quality and fit of the clothes I received. I ordered a few dresses, a pair of pants, and two tops and everything fit according to the fit guide. The styles are super cute, too!
