Never received hat or refund
I had ordered from Lost Vegas 2 times prior with no issues. But the 3rd order has been nothing but issues. I placed the order through Etsy then got an email about a week later saying they were having issues with their Etsy account so they refunded me and said I could order directly through them, so I did. This was only 1 hat and was a gift for a friend. I placed the 2nd order on January 26th. A couple weeks went by and I never got tracking info so I reached out. It took a few days but he said he would check on the shipping. Never got a response so I reached out again. No response so I sent an instagram message and more emails. I finally got a tracking number last Monday, Feb 16th. But the tracking only says the label was created and it has never been sent. The address the item is being shipped to is a temporary address and my friend wont be there past Feb 28th. But it doesn't seem to matter because 6 days later, it still says the item hasn't shipped. A couple of days ago I asked for a refund he said the hat shipped that day but he would refund me. Nope, still hasn't shipped and have not gotten a refund. Not even an apology for the delay or anything or even aknowleding that itd been over a month, no explanation of any kind. Terrible customer service. I am so baffled how making 1 hat has been so difficult for a company that makes custom hats. So much back and forth for the last month its ridiculous. I will never order from them again. So many better companies that actually care about their customers out there.
