First of all it took 4 months to arrive. I emailed them a couple times and they have never responded. An led board came and it was cracked, the glass almost scratched me. There was an ar handle and was opened and tapped back today along with the iRobot mop pads. I thought these products were suppose to be new. The value is nothing close to even what I bought it for. The original price for that package was $200 due to the Super Bowl deal it went down to $75 and there definitely was not 75 in value in this box. A makeup box in there was full of small pieces of hair which was disgusting. I got a rug and it reeked of smell. I dumped everything out immediately after taking some pictures. This value of this box was close to none. Everything is suppose to be new but has been tapped up bc clearly it’s been opened before. All I got to say is 1/10. I wouldn’t recommend buying.

If I could give a zero I would. Took 2.5 months to receive "mystery box" and what was in the box you ask...a pack of mint dental floss and a fingerless sports glove. Spent a nice chunk of change and I get dental floss and a glove!!! RIP OFF for sure.

If I could give a negative star rating, I would. I ordered in October of 2021, it is now May 2022. I never received a package. I’ve emailed, messaged on Instagram, everything you can think of and have not once received a response from them. I went back and forth with my bank for months trying to dispute the charge to get my money back and finally just gave up and took a loss on the $90 because I was so done dealing with the frustration of it all. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM WEBSITE. Absolutely terrible. Can’t believe it’s still up and running.

Shipping took 4 months when I finally got my box it had 4 items when advertised it was full. I filed a dispute with my bank a while back because they don’t offer any way to get ahold of them other than Instagram and they don’t even respond there. Would never recommend this company or buy from them again. I can see why they have a 1.7 star review now after looking into it. Don’t ever trust tiktok…

Ordered in February. Supposedly shipped March 6. By the end of April I sent 2 emails, chatted on their customer page, and filed a claim with the shop app. No response. Suddenly a package showed up today... inside 4 broken, water damaged piece of crap items! (Note- the exterior shipping box was not damaged, only the unpacked items inside). They advertised a box full of items- I got 4. They advertised a box of items that were unopened. All of mine were opened. And they were all broke! Garbage customer service and a waste of money. I never write reviews but this was absolutely too much to ignore.

I have ordered twice. The first time I got a tracking number that never was tendered to the shipper. When I reached out to them, I was issued a refund and a discount code. So the next drop I tried again. Now I have still not gotten my order and they have not responded to any of my attempts to reach out to them. Total Scam! Updated, tried again and the site just stole my money, gave me no order number and they have not answered any customer service request (at least 10 by now) since September. They are thieves. Do not buy.

I saw this on TikTok and decided to give it a try. I ordered a box in the summer and received it fairly quickly. The box had some fun stuff in it and definitely some duds but I was able to gift some of it and I felt it semi-worth it at the time. I decided to try again because I received a discount code from Lost Loots that offered a pretty good discount. I order the box on February 1. Per my order it would be shipped out between 7-21 days. So I waited and watched. March 15th rolled around and still no box and no notification of if the box was shipped. I eamiled them and inquired about my order. I then received an email response that they were looking into it. Well two days later I see a notification that a FedEx lable had been created. I'm thinking, "Great! My box is finally shipping." According to FedEx the lable has been created and that is all. Nothing, nada, zip... I have tried contacting them and have yet to receive a response. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt since I have purchased from them before. But now I think they took my money and ran. I think I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and will dispute the charge with my bank as fraud.

Placed my order on March 5 and have a tracking number from the 15th that still says "Pending". 10/10 do not recommend!!! No customer service whatsoever! Noone responds to any messages.
