lostloots.comReviews of lostloots.com

I cannot call this a scam but they are giving you nothing good. They send you amazon returns or amazon lost items that are worth very little. All the items are useless unless you have the original product to supplement it. Today I received my box after about three weeks. There was a pack of LED plant growth lamps (useless), MPOW gaming headset for boys (useless), a fast charger for P5 controller (useless) and a pack of bath bombs Homsay brand (must have a bathtub). The items are not worth one hundred fifty dollars as they advertised the box is worth and even though I paid 90 dollars all the items do not equal that. Lost loots is nothing like you see on TikTok, so do not let your curiosity get the best of you and save your money. There wasn't a single useful item in the box. Also keep your receipt because they try to get the reviews down. Keep your receipt forever so you have the proof when you write an honest review. They are trying to take down my review.

I received my box and it has 4 items in it. All items could be purchased on amazon. The total value was a lot LESS than I paid. This is a SCAM. Why would ANYONE buy a random grab bag of goods worth LESS than they paid for them? I reached out to the company explaining that the good they sent were worth less than the cost of the box and their response was "I understand that you might be sad about this situation. However, we already clearly mentioned on our website that we don't accept returns and refunds." I followed up again and they offered a discount if ordered another box. I said I don't want another box, I want to return my items or at least get a free box. Their response was basically "well, sometimes you screwed and sometimes you get a good box." They then blocked my email account. I spoke to my credit card company and the response was "this type of thing is a very common scam. If the exact goods aren't specified, they can send you can ANYTHING, worth ANY amount, and there is nothing you can do to get your money back" update: the company waited a month and then tried to challenge my review as fake.

Received about $60 worth of stuff on a $100 mystery box. all Walmart cheap s*** not worth it. Won't order again....

I ordered a $80 package and never received it. When I emailed to ask about it they said it shipped but to be patient due to extended shipping time. I asked for a refund and provided a tracking number and they totally ignored me. Not a legit business. DO NOT BUY!

DO NOT TRUST POSITIVE REVIEWS - WRITTEN BY COMPANY EMPLOYEES!!! I ordered an $80 box after seeing the hype on TikTok. Two days layer received a shipping notification, but the tracking number never updated to be working. It just always said "Not Found". Everytime I messaged Lost Loots on IG, they sent me back a basic "It's been shipped" response. I inquired a couple more times, and not only did they not respond at all, THEY BLOCKED ME!!! Obviously no box ever showed up. Absolutely insane business.

I ordered from this company in Oct 2021 and I never received the order. The Fedex tracking # shows that a label was created near the Austin region but nothing was shipped. They do not respond to emails or other attempts at contacting. No working phone number. This appears to be a scam.

Ordered a package in October hoping to give it as a Christmas gift. It didn’t show up until January. Tracking number was either wrong or fake, and sometimes gave a delivery date, and sometimes nothing so I could not track it. Could not get a response from customer service on the website. I reached out to them on Instagram, they made a post about all the bad reviews they are getting, apologized, and offered to send me another. That never came. That was months ago. I have messaged them several times on Instagram. It’s not even about the fact that you’re probably going to get useless junk, they take your $80-$100 and still never send it! I would never purchase from this company again I would recommend no one else should either. And they absolutely ARE asking for reviews and offered to send me $25 for this one, which I doubt will actually happen.

First of all, they’re posting FAKE reviews. I ordered in November 2021 when they had ‘Unclaimed Packages’ I sent them tons of messages and dms, but of course NO RESPONSE. Finally received my order end of April 2022 HUGE HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT These weren’t even unclaimed packages. They just dumped trash into my box. -It’s bunch of useless XXXL pants shorts clothes probably from aliexpress. -Useless cheap $1 bracelets -More bunch of useless XXXL clothes They’re horrendous. These kids don’t know how to run a business. DO NOT BUY
