I’m really impressed with my results. I had bloodwork and a urine test to see where my hormones were. I had been doing supplements from the doctor I was working with, but added in Pine Pollen tincture from Lost Empire Herbs and wow! I feel like I have more energy throughout my day, I sleep better at night, AND I wake up feeling like “my eyes are more open!” That fatigue fog hasn’t been around. I’m so thankful and bought a couple more bottles!

I am 86, started to use various Lost Empire herbs soon after LE started. A living entity is a too complex network with trillions of connections, to expect miracles from supplements, that happens only with pharma-'bombs' (at the expense of much collateral damage - therefore I never took these). That network of us has to be overall healthy, to steer it to better performance with 'supplements' (or at my age to maintain health). So, I do since my early 50's on a daily basis: extensive exercise (not to grow muscles, but to keep the 'machinery' smooth incl. the brain) plus freshly cooked 'bio' meals, a very regular bedtime, and a goal in your life. With this mindset & attitude, I find LE's herbs extremely helpful !! But I take also other specific supplements, Moreover, living (as a foreigner) in the Swiss mountains (clean air and water from mountain sources), in the only country, where democracy is present between the ears of the people (I lived in the US and in 6 Eur. countries) makes its society highly attractive. In other words, be strategic, see the larger picture, act without hip-shooting, go for the long haul. Do also not get addicted to algorithms (I am an ex-Tech exec) & protocols. Pilots follow protocols, but, thanks God, also know how to fly (I hope).
