I have an intense life as I am a single mother of two wild young boys. An ex husband who is bipolar, does not support us and that I still own a restaurant with. I work a part time job. I am starting a new food company and working on getting a financial education. Because of this I am always looking to better my health, support my vitality, immunity and reduce my stress levels. So, I decided to go all out, follow my intuition and ordered Ashwaganda tincture, He Shou Wu, Mushroom Alchemy, Blue Vervain, Pine Pollen powder and Schisandra Berry. Lost Empire does an amazing job with giving us lots of good information on all their herbs...much appreciated!! So this is what I was led to and I bit the bullet financially. I have now been taking these herbs for about 4 weeks and I can definitely feel a big difference and almost right away. The first couple of weeks I felt a bit of detox was going on in my body from the herbs and had some unusual pains show up. But then the 3rd week it turned and now I feel energized in a peaceful balanced way. I am sleeping better and more restful even though its never enough sleep.
