Delivery failed and refund is taking forever
I bought pine pollen tinctures but it didn’t reach my address here in Oman. I waited for one month then they said USPS has sent it back to Lost Empire because they can’t ship liquid by plane. So I ask for refund of my $146-. Their system should have not accepted my order in the first place. They should know this already. Another thing, they said they refunded my money dated Jun 23, 2018. Until know it didn’t appear in my account it’s already July 11, 2018. I am totally disappointed with what happened to me. I could totally give -5 as my rating here.

Hello, there Revision. We did refund you as of June 22nd. I see that our rep has given you the transaction code for the refund so that unfortunately is a matter you will have to take up with your financial institution. As for the shipping issues, we are the company the provides the products and not the shipping company. We also have no influence over what customs does in your country. I apologize that you were unable to try our products but we have no say in which countries allow our herbs in or not. The reality is that there are 195 different countries that have individual sets of laws and regulations about what can be sent via mail to their residents. This is the responsibility of the customer to be aware. If you have any questions or have still not received your refund please refer to your emails and use the transaction code our rep provided you to contact your financial institution.
