I texted someone what product to buy with my circumstances they sent me a text back next day what to buy + gave me a 20 percent discount to try product so TY so Im trying it Im a diabetic

The products are awesome. Checking out was ok. I have always found the process to be s little quirky. By this I mean sometimes I was not sure that I had actually ordered the product, as sometimes the order seemed to have disappeared, if I wanted to leave the page to go to check on another item and then going back, it seemed that I'd lose the order. Mild irritation as I eventually find where I need to be, just takes time sometimes. Also I get annoyed in general with every website not just Lost Empire, after you have made your order and then they surprise you with an additional offer. Everyone one knows why businesses do this but i feel it's not a suitable practice or image for high end company like Lost Empire. You are above the tacky "but wait but there's more routine". Perhaps you should pop your surprise page Before you're all set to pay for the order. The timing of the extra offer is critical i know , but the web page would not let me proceed without ordering something extra, so I did, and even though the extra products ordered are good i wasn't ready to pay extra. I would of come back later when I could purchase properly. So I took a star away because of the website ordering page.

No results from Cistanche capsules noticed yet after about 30 days of use but will give it another month for Cistanche to hopefully prove its effectiveness. Delivery was fine.

Service on the site is great, will update on the product once I start taking it

This is not the time to ask for a review it was an online order the product has not arrived yes the order process was easy but almost all online ordering is. Not sure what your expected it was a 5 minute process Sorry if this seems disappointing but just being honest

Delayed CUSTOMER SERVICE I had a few issues with my initial order, and a delay in culstomer service response that was concerning. There were errors in auto adjustments between the shipping and billing. Shipping fee was charged when the total was over $100, but divided into two charges. It wasn't until I was checking out that I noticed the errors. I wasn't sure payment would go through, so I hit the cancel request. (there was no immediate response to this, and I was charged). I called customer service, left a message; I sent an email. I called first thing in the morning and got an AI who said she was really busy and would call me back. No return calls at all. UPDATE On the second day I was contacted by a reall customer service agent and had a very good experience, with excellent communication and response that included a refund of shipping, and compensation for the trouble I had. I was much relieved and felt well attended to as a result

Easy to order. Good quality products. Would like to see more specifically priced offerings.
