Feeling the Difference!
I've been taking Athena blend for women for about a month (only 1/2 tsp per day, as 1 full tsp hurt my stomach) and am stunned by the results! Took a few weeks to start feeling it and I'm still getting migraines but the medicine I'm on for it is now working when it had stopped working before taking Athena. Been feeling calmer, less moody and more energized. I can feel the difference when I'm on it which I didn't expect. The depression and anxiety are nearly gone and for the first time in my life, my period is regulated! Also taking Lionsmane mushroom powder and also feel the difference. I have a very brain intensive job and this stuff allows me to remember what I've just read with ease. That's a big deal to me since brain fog was getting bad enough, I had to read a sentence 2-3 times just to remember and understand the context. The brain fog is gone and I'm more productive than ever at work. Going to reorder again soon and will be staying on both as long as I can. Worth every penny! Worth it's weight in gold, really! Note: Athena will last me around 45 days at 1/2 tsp per day. Lionsmane about 30-35 days at 1/4 tsp per day. You can adjust the dose as needed. Everyone handles these differently.

Ashwaganda and nettle root tincture
I have been a customer of lost Empire herbs even before the name change of the company. I have always had great customer service, shipping has always been on time, and needless to say the products that I have ordered in my opinion are high quality. I have ordered from other sources, but I always find myself coming back to lost empire because of the quality of the tinctures and what they personally do for me. I have found that the Ashwa Gonda truly does level my moods and reduces my stress and the nettle root I see improvements in areas that men my age often struggle with. The combination of these two herbs were great for me and I would recommend them to anyone for reducing stress levels increase in sexual drive and libido you have nothing to lose and a whole lot to gain just try empire herbs.
