They have a poor response time if you…
They have a poor response time if you ask a question even when you are a regular purchaser. I feel they lack much in customer service.

I love loopy mango yarn and DIY kits
I love loopy mango yarn and DIY kits. I learn to knit with their free video on youtube and my first project was a hat with chunky soft yarn. I am now watching videos for sweaters attempting my first sweater. So far so good. Shipping is quite fast and the yarn is gorgeous. I also have their book with photos and patterns.I had to email their customer support one time with a question and they were able to help me out with a knitting question very fast and was friendly too. I highly recommend this company for anyone who wants to learnto knit.
