Impressed
Completely shocked. I was dealing with an issue and thought there was no solution. I found Loophole so I sent them an email. Minutes later, I had a reply and a quote. I accepted the quote, paid, and waited a week. Boom - the situation was handled by Loophole. Impressed to say the least. 5 stars!
