I paid for this iPhone and they sent a email Saying they canceled my payment because the name and address didn’t match with my boyfriends card then I got another email saying thanks for your payment but we did not receive the phone then there is no number to reach them on so they tell us to email they still don’t respond on that smh it’s a rip off

Never buying from here again. 2 day shipping turned out to be a week now and I still haven't gotten my phone. Dont get fooled by this 48 hr shipping bs

I ordered a “VERY GOOD” phone only to get one that had a long, deep scratch in the glass on the back. I have been emailing to arrange a return, but no one has responded. I am hoping this might be resolved after the holiday, so I can amend this review.

I bought a premium Iphone 8 (Supposed to have at least 95% battery) but I received it with 87%

I ordered two pristine iPhone 8s via their eBay store, but one of the phones I received came with scratches in multiple places on the screen. I'm looking to get an exchange for the damaged phone, but customer service is not responsive. Edit: While I did end up receiving my refund, this took over 1 month to resolve — very unprofessional.

Condition that I paid for was stated as very good but phone is far from very good shape. I would rate the condition as mild.

Ordered pristine grade iphone8 64 GB but got one with pixel burn in front screen. I have been trying to get in touch with customer service for week now but have not received any response yet. If anyone from Loop mobile sees this please do respond.
