LoonaReviews of loona.agency

Loona built and manages the website for our exterior remodeling company, Plum ProExteriors. They designed a custom WordPress theme for us that is very modern and beautiful. They also handle our hosting and infrastructure on AWS and Cloudflare, which keeps a lot of technical work off our plate. The SEO numbers speak for themselves. Over about a year, our monthly clicks from Google Search grew more than fivefold, from under 200 to over 1,000. Our average ranking position went from the low 50s to around 11, and we now show up on page one for "siding contractor." Because they built the site from the ground up, they're the team we go to for new pages, structural changes, and technical fixes. If you're a contractor who needs a custom site and a team that understands SEO, I highly recommend Loona Agency.

We run Mr. Scientific, an online marketplace for discount used and refurbished lab equipment, and hired Loona for an SEO audit and ongoing SEO work. What stood out is how specific they got — they understood that half our buyers are universities who can't purchase through eBay, and they built a plan to fix our indexation and content issues so our product pages stop looking like duplicates of our eBay listings. Still early in the engagement, but the audit alone was more thorough and useful than what we got from other agencies we talked to.

We run a small Ragdoll cattery in New Jersey and hired Loona for a focused one-month SEO push. They didn't treat us like a generic local business - they understood that people searching for "ragdoll kittens for sale" in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania are looking for very different things, and they wrote our pages accordingly. In just one month they rewrote our core kitten pages for NJ, NY, and PA, added a new blog article about ragdoll cat colors, and optimized the rest of the site. Communication was warm and personal throughout, and when I had a question near the end of the project everything was cleared up within a day. Would recommend them to other small businesses who want an agency that actually cares.

We brought Loona in to handle SEO for a web product we were building for Florida construction firm. As a software company, we care a lot about clarity and execution - and that's exactly what we got. They handed our devs clean, ready-to-use SEO checklists. The product launched without a single SEO issue and with amazing SEO performance. Would work with them again without hesitation.

We’ve previously worked with other mur digital marketing channels and found multiple ways to improve performance. After just one month of working together, our PPC costs dropped by 35%, and we saw a 25% increase in conversions. If you want a partner that takes your growth seriously, this is the one
