Plan is decent for their over the counter supplies and social needs companion benefits. Except they don’t usually let anyone know to use the benefit which is the part that I am very upset about. Social needs companions needs to be utilized more. I also don’t think it’s great like if you are social needs companion don’t even try to say goodbye to the patient that you work with or let them know you’ve gone anywhere. They won’t let you say goodbye or anything or they’ll blacklist you they encourage you to have very close relationships with resident and to basically act like you are you know their best friend or their child or there sibling I mean, they really have you get close to the residents. But if you get transferred or anything, if you say goodbye, you’ll get fired all altogether, which I think is really absolutely ridiculous. However for the patients, if they actually told them about all the plans and the benefits, they would be good, but they try to do everything they can to make sure that the patients don’t know that they can get all those over-the-counter benefits or the social needs companion. Yeah you guys are able to have like six hours a week or more of a companion who comes to visit you collect your benefit.
