I wish I could give Dale and his team 10 stars. These guys really buckled down and did all the dirty work that was needed to get me approved. Being a first time buyer I was scared, but Lone Star was the best. They have great communication either by phone or email. I had several unexpected surprises pop up durning my loan process. It was hard at times and a little frustrating but if you are willing to go that extra mile and do what Lone Star asks, I promise you will be a home owner....JUST LIKE ME!!!! Dale was very knowledgeable. I knew that my loan could be closed, but several lenders told me it couldn’t be closed. I just needed an experienced lender. Dale will advise you to prepare for your loan and get you to closing.
